Relax in sophisticated style in your designer home-away-from-home in the heart of Paradise Valley/Scottsdale and within walking distance from the Fashion Square mall shops and dining.

Feel your vacation begin the moment you pass through the Pickleball court and into our artfully decorated entryway of this thoughtfully appointed home. Serenity and Joy are what we experience each time we visit our “home away from home” desert oasis.

This location truly offers the best of both worlds, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood where you can relax and soak in the serenity, yet just steps from entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and the vibrant energy of Old Town. It's the perfect balance of calm and convenience, allowing you to unwind while still being within walking distance of everything Scottsdale is known for.

Relish and recharge in this newly renovated private retreat, thoughtfully designed with fine resort-style amenities throughout. The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a beautiful sparkling heated pool with in-water loungers on the Baja step and an attached hot tub that gently cascades into the pool. Pool and hot tub heat are available for an additional $100 per night with 48 hours' advance notice, and when heated, the pool reaches approximately 85 degrees. An outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, bar seating, and a flatscreen TV sets the stage for effortless entertaining, while the covered patio invites you to dine al fresco beneath a refreshing misting system on warm desert days.

Relax to the soothing sound of waterfall features, gather around the conversation fire table in the evening, or enjoy some friendly competition on the new four-hole putting green or the private pickleball court with a basketball hoop. The east lawn offers a lovely space for morning yoga or meditation, framed by vibrant bougainvillea, and seasonal citrus trees provide fresh lemons and limes alongside gorgeous floral blooms that surround the property.

Inside, the home continues to impress with comfortable, well-appointed spaces designed for rest and rejuvenation. The indulgent primary suite features a king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and both indoor and outdoor showers for a spa-like experience. Every bedroom includes a large flatscreen TV, with the second bedroom offering a king-size bed, the third bedroom featuring two twin XL beds, and the fourth room opening to the patio through a private slider. This versatile space doubles beautifully as an office or bedroom and includes a solid, comfortable queen-size bed.

The location places you moments from world-class shopping at Fashion Square and the one-of-a-kind boutiques of Old Town, all within walking distance. Enjoy an evening out with dinner followed by a movie at Harkins Theatre just blocks away, or venture a short drive to Camelback Mountain for an exhilarating hike and breathtaking views.

Pool heat available for an additional $100/night and 3 night minimum required. Please note: pool reaches ~85 degrees with heat. If you would like just the hot tub heated it would be $50 per day*
