What is included in your services?
We do it all. Swayvrm will coordinate professional photography of your home and create your property profile on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and other sites; create digital and physical guidebooks; communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay; clean and inspect your home; restock basic necessities (soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies); coordinate check-in/out; and provide concierge services for your guests.
What do you charge?
Swayvrm has a straightforward, transparent fee structure. We charge a flat fee of your listing’s rental income, and you don’t pay any fees until your property is rented and you get paid. We will never upcharge you on supplies or maintenance.
When do I get paid?
Guest stay proceeds are directed to your bank account by the 10th day of the following month, along with a detailed income and expense report.
What if my property isn’t set up to have guests yet?
We specialize in bringing homes into the sharing economy that otherwise wouldn’t or couldn’t be there. We can refer you to a short-term rental furnishing specialist.
What if I want to use my property for myself or my friends occasionally?
You can continue to use your home when you need to. Simply contact our team to have the property set aside for your use. We’ll even clean and restock it after you leave.
How will guests find my property profile?
We create an engaging listing profile on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and other sites, filled with eye-catching professional photos. Memorable guest experiences that earn five-star ratings help maximize traffic to your property’s profile.
Who will stay at my property?
We apply guest screening criteria to ensure peace of mind. We specify that guests are 25+ years old and prioritize highly rated guests with strong review histories.
What areas do you service?
We offer full services in Scottsdale, Arizona and throughout the East Valley.
How are cleanings handled and how are they paid?
Cleanings are paid by the guest at the time of booking, so you do not pay out of pocket. Our internally hired, trained housekeepers leave your home fresh and spotless for the next guest.
How is pricing set on my Airbnb?
Pricing is critical to a successful STR. We use an industry-leading dynamic pricing approach that adjusts for day of week, season, local events, and occupancy to ensure you’re not leaving money on the table.

Is there a setup fee?
There is no fee to get started, but you are responsible for the costs of photography, a deep clean prior to the first guests, sufficient linens, and any other items required to deliver a quality guest experience.
How can I feel confident that guests won’t damage my property?
We filter for guests with verified identities and positive reviews and we reach out to understand travel plans. We take the safety and security of your home seriously and don’t take risks. We also have $1 million in coverage through Airbnb and Vrbo.
Is Swayvrm insured in case a guest damages my property?
Airbnb and Vrbo provide primary insurance for home damage, injury, or theft up to $1 million through their AirCover program. Owners may benefit from additional coverage, especially third-party liability insurance.
Do you operate on weekends and holidays?
Yes. To offer the highest degree of service, we operate year-round, including weekends and holidays.
